1. Six monthly computer service check at our Computer Service Centre

2. Remote support:

• with your permission each time, we can access and work on your computer through the internet

• good to fix those simpler problems (printers, diagnosis, e-mail or computer setup)

• must have broadband

3. Verbal Advice:

• about anything computer related we feel confident to offer

• always honest and able to be understood

4. Telephone Support

5. Hardware breakdowns:

• all Computer Partners labour is covered for any other hardware breakdown or repairs (some conditions apply)

6. Software Breakdowns:

• all Computer Partners labour is covered for Windows software problems (some conditions apply)

Our six-monthly service includes the following:

1. Data backup:

• backup your precious photos, music, documents, accounting data, emails, addresses etc. on to our server

2. Check Windows updates, event logs and security settings

3. Check virus scanner status, logs and scan computer

4. Check Spyware status, scan and remove any infections

5. Hard drive:

• check physical consistency

• clean up and remove temp files

• clean up temporary internet files

• defrag

6. Under the hood:

• clean

• check heat sinks

• check fans

• check error logs

7. Collection and delivery if required (charged separately)

8. Same day service where possible
