After our laptop died very inconveniently one Saturday afternoon, a new one was bought but we needed help to use it. Ash was able to call in to set everything up and he was totally professional, courteous & helpful.  We were able to use the new laptop but further down the track we needed help to retrieve data from the old hard drive, get the printer set up and learn how to access a calendar for our various appointments etc. Given that his 'office' is only a few blocks away from our home, it's handy to call in if we're heading to town if we're not in a hurry or we can ring to book a home visit. We also used Ash's services to set up our tv after we had shifted here from Carterton - that also went well, including putting a satellite saucer on the roof. David spoke at length on the phone to help with a new computer set up that I had not bought from Computer Partners and then came out to continue that support I have to recommend the staff at Computer Partners who are very customer based and will help you understand everything that is going on with your system.
